If a power outage occurs contact (509) 933-7200 (Option "0") or (844) 755-8477 to report and you will be connected with Cooperative Response Center (CRC). We are proud to partner with CRC for our 24-hour outage dispatching. CRC will dispatch as quickly as possible, but is likely to take 45-60 minutes for response depending upon location of outage.
Before calling in an outage, please take the following steps to ensure the issue is not with customer-owned equipment: - Check main fuser/breaker - Check inside fuses/breakers - Check if neighbors appear to also be out - Check if meter has a display If a serviceman is dispatched and the issue is found to be customer-owned equipment, a service call fee will be charged. Please refer to the Charges and Fees for current amounts.
